Option Trackers (optiontrackers.com), operated by [Your business / entity name — e.g. an ABN-registered sole trader or Pty Ltd] (“we”, “us”), is an online record-keeping and analysis tool for option and share trading. You enter (or import) your own trading records; the service stores them and calculates reports, charts and figures from them.
Option Trackers does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, is not a broker, and executes no trades. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Calculations (including capital-gains reports) are derived from the records you enter and are provided to assist your own record-keeping — verify against your broker's statements and rely on a licensed professional for advice. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss.
The private beta is currently provided free of charge. When paid subscriptions launch, pricing, billing frequency, trial and cancellation terms will be stated at the point of purchase and incorporated into these terms. Don't attempt to access other members' data, probe or overload the service, reverse the security measures, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other members at risk.
We aim to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the beta. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is otherwise limited to re-supplying the service or the cost of re-supply, and we are not liable for trading losses, or for loss arising from inaccurate records entered into the service.
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms; where practical we will give you the opportunity to export your data first.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
